Very serious state and federal criminal penalties may be imposed on you if you are charged and convicted of manufacturing, or offering to manufacture, illegal drugs such as ecstasy, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, or LSD. You may be charged with a felony even if you only made a chemical that by itself is not illegal if your purpose was to use that chemical to manufacture an illegal drug.
